Transfer Round-up: The Best Napoli Signing Ever?

What time is it? Time for... TRANSFER ROUND-UP! YEEEEAAAAHHHH! What!? YOU DON'T REALLY CARE!? Well I do.

Today, like every other week, we'll "round-up" the best signings and rumours that continue occurring this summer transfer window. From the likes of Manchester United trying to keep Rashford for a little longer at Old Trafford to the best ever Napoli signing: Kostas Manolas, the Greek warr... WHO F***** CARES! With all that said, let's begin:

10. Eriksen... Don't even try (Pogba, congra... Don't even try)

I'm not even gonna talk about Pogba, it was just a joke. Today it is all about Christian Eriksen, who seems he still pursuing an exit from Tottenham Spurs, in order to go to... REAL MADRID!? What a surprise!

Many Premier League players have been linked to the Madird club in the past and now it's Eriksen's turn, as Zidane is looking to strengthen his team, after signing the likes of Mendy, Jovic, Militao, Rodrygo and Eden Hazard already.

But now, his future is uncertain, with Spurs' president Daniel Levy entering the negotiations and scaring the hell out of Real Madrid officers. On the other side, there's rumors of Eriksen's agent setting up a meeting with Real Madrid to try and find a solution to the star's transfer wishes. What's sure, is that he future of Tottenham’s star is becoming ever more muddled. Will his wishes come true? (Meanwhile, Pogba staring at a Real Madrid shirt he just bought at a shop)

9. AC Milan looking to improve their squad with the help of Real Madrid (Not happening)

Real Madrid is looking to get rid (Sorry guys) of some players, as new reinforcements have come this summer window to improve the team next season (You already know who I'm talking about). Some of the players in Zidane's "getting rid off" list are James Rodriguez, Keylor Navas, Theo Hernández and Dani Ceballos among others.

Kovacic and Marcos Llorente have already exited the club this summer, to Chelsea and Atetico respectively. Meanwhile, now it seems to be Theo and Ceballos' time to leave the side.

In the case of Theo, the worst version of his brother Lucas, who signed for Bayern Munich this season, he doesn't seem to have a lot of admirers around the world, as he hasn't been able to perform at a high level since he signed for "Los Blancos" from Deportivo Alavés in 2017. But, it seems there's one team interested.

That's right! The French man is close to signing for AC Milan. On the other hand, Dani Ceballos, seems to be on AC Milan's radar too, but since Ceballos Is actually a good player, this signing might be a tad more complicated to pull off!

He has been one of Spain's main stars in this U-21 European Championship, and that's what has called the interest of many teams, like Arsenal and Tottenham. Real Madrid only wants to send him on loan while other clubs would want them to sell.

8. Arsenal doing "bits" in Crystal Palace's territory

Arsenal is finally doing something? ALLELUIA! Even if they got rejected? ALLELUIA!

It looks like Crystal Palace's main star Wilfried Zaha is one of Unai Emery’s top targets for the summer transfer window, however, the Gunners have faced a major struggles in reaching an agreement with Roy Hodgson side.

Arsenal’s summer budget is around £40 million (SELL ÖZIL, YOU IDIOTS!) but Palace are demanding double the price: £80 million for Zaha, who signed a 5-year contract extension last August. Right now, the Ivorian striker is playing the African Cup of Nations.

Zaha scored in Ivory Coast’s 4-1 win over Namibia on Monday and after the match the forward was asked about a potential switch to Arsenal. He just used some classic misdirection as he said: "I'm unsure" and "We'll see what happens". Classic footballers talk. So, sorry Arsenal fans... You'll need to wait a little bit longer for this transfer to happen.

7. Pablo is heading to Paris... Wait! Who? Me?

Not me, silly! Ha, ha, ha! I'm not a footballer!

It's my brother from another mother, Pablo Sarabia. The Spanish midfielder has decided to leave his former club, Sevilla, after an outstanding season in La Liga: 33 matches, 13 goals and 13 assists.

That's why Ligue 1 champions PSG have confirmed this Tuesday, 2nd June, the signing of the 27-year-old Spanish attacking midfielder for a reported £18 million, exactly the price set on the Spaniard's release clause.

Sarabia has signed a 5-year contract with Les Parisiens as he is set to replace Moussa Diaby in the squad, with the French youth international having moved to Bayer Leverkusen for £13 million last month.

6. Tanguy Ndombele, the new Kanté, going to Tottenham? WTF!?

How is this even possible!? Is this real!?

Tottenham appear to have won the race to sign Lyon's prolific wonder midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, with the French man arriving in London for a medical at the club in the next "24 hours". But, how!? The 22-year-old has been a wanted man this summer, with Manchester United especially interested in his signing, however, the Red Devils have been beaten on this one. Sorry Ole!

Meanwhile, Pochettino's side has convinced him that he should move to the white half of north London instead. And it seems to have worked.

It's speculated that the transfer fee could be around £55.5 million, plus a potential add-on of £9 million (Classic add-on!), which has been agreed between Tottenham and Olympique Lyon. Personal terms have also now been agreed between the club and player. Ndombele would become the most expensive tranfer in Tottenham's history. The London club's previous record signing was Colombian defender Davinson Sanchez from Ajax in 2017 for £40 million, so the initial payment of £55 million would comfortably outstrip that.

5. The best Napoli signing ever? Kostas Manolas (Ha, ha, funny one)

Now seriously... What a signing!

I know every Napoli fan was waiting for the arrival of James and Chucky, but they got the Greek centre back instead. The Italian side paid the Greek defender's £34 million release clause to take him to the south of Italy in a move that will see him play alongside another world-class defender, Kalidou Koulibaly. He signs a 5-year contract with his new team, while Napoli's midfielder Amadou Diawara has gone the other way to Roma.

The Giallorossi, meanwhile, are reportedly considering a move for Real Betis centre-back Marc Bartra as they look to replace the Greek warrior. But, something's clear: Right now, Carlo Ancelloti's Napoli has one of the strongest centre-back partnerships in the world after signing Kostas Manolas from Roma: Kouli-Nolas! (sound like an ice cream flavor?)

4. Diego Godín, The Signing Everyone Was Expecting

From one defender to another: Diego Godín, former Atletico Madrid captain, has finally signed a 3-year deal with Inter Milan, reinforcing the team with one of the top 10 defenders in the world.

The 33-year-old announced his decision to leave Madrid back in May in an emotional press conference, after nine years and over 300 appearances for "Los Rojiblancos".

While Godin's move to Inter had long been expected, it was only made official on Monday morning, following Uruguay's exit from the Copa America and an end to his international commitments. Now, Inter is looking to rebuild itself under new manager Antonio Conte, and what better way to do it than with "El Jefe de La Defensa" (The Boss in the Area)?

You're not going anywhere! My precious, my precious...

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has signed a new contract for 4 years with the Red Devils, with the possibility of extending it to 5.

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but according to the local press Rashford would earn about £250,000 pounds per week. "Manchester United has been everything in my life since I came to the club at age seven," Rashford said on Man Utd's official website. "Every opportunity to wear this team's shirt is a privilege."

Rashford hasn't been his best this season, having scored only 13 goals in 47 games in all competitions in the 2018/19 season."Although he's only 21 years old, Marcus is a very experienced player, he has a fantastic future," said his coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (a.k.a Smeagel). Was he that desperate after hearing rumors of Rashford heading to Barcelona?

2. Juventus, King of The Free Signings

Unbelievable! Why can't Barcelona do that!?

Juventus can become a better team this summer; in terms of new signings, De Ligt is on his way, Paul Pogba could return to Turin and the legendary Gianluigi Buffon is one step away from defending the goal of the 'Vecchia Signora' once again.

And so far, they have signed Pellegrini mostly free, after swapping him for Spinazzola to Roma, plus £17.8 million. That's not all: Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey... FOR FREE! WHAT A BARGAIN! But... Why so many midfielders!? Emre Can, Pjanic, Matuidi... They're free, OK? (Probably, the fact that Ronaldo is playing in Turin has a lot to do with threir signings).

Oh yeah! Almost forgot: Juventus got Higuain back... NOOOOOOOO!

1. Barcelona has found a replacement for Luis Suárez... And it is not Griezmann nor Neymar!?

I don't know if this real or just a stupid rumour... I JUST WANT NEYMAR AND GRIEZMANN AT BARCELONA!

Barcelona are thought to have expressed their interest in signing Inter Argentinian forward... Mauro IcardiI!? Really!? Nop! Lautaro Martinez, b*****! I want to cry!

The 21-year-old has impressed considerably with Argentina at this summer's Copa America, forging an impressive partnership with Lionel Messi and netting twice in three games to lead Argentina to the semi-finals.

That's why there's rumors in the Spanish media that say that his performances have convinced long-term admirers at FC Barcelona, and that's the reason they could be preparing a bid for him this summer. Inter, however, are desperate to keep hold of their star and will not negotiate (Probably, until they secure the signing of Romelu Lukaku I guess).

As a result, Barcelona are said to have told Inter that they will activate Martinez's £110 million release clause to ensure the Argentine moves to the Camp Nou this summer. All I can say now is: WTF!?
